A 330sqm penthouse in the highly sought after arts precinct on Southbank was renovated with to become a holiday accommodation for the client. The interior design brief was to achieve a hotel vibe that was masculine. Sculptural pieces are a common theme across the space from lighting, lamps and wall pieces. A special request was to install a private steam room in the en-suite which was the first in the building.
